Lights Testing System and Regulation

The aim is to perform either the optical test of the vehicle's lightning aiming unit and to check the electronic device for the control of the light itself. This electronic control is actually mounted on the headlight, in case of xenon lamps.
The optical regulation is performed by tuning the beam center within a predefined tolerance's window.
In the optical box, the light beam is appropriately focalized by means of lens and acquired by a digital camera. The data are therefore transferred to the PC box where all the information regarding the optical parameters are elaborated, thanks to a dedicated software program .
